As Quality Manager (QM) for the clinic, you will be responsible for leading on quality management and will work closely with the local team, the Group’s Director of Governance and Quality and the QMs in the other CARE clinics to set the standards and monitor to improve performance further. At CARE Fertility quality management is intrinsic in all that we do and as a result we enjoy high levels of engagement from our workforce who value and appreciate the quality management systems we have in place.

CARE Birmingham has created its first QM post, having previously been undertaken by the Laboratory Manager. Therefore this is an exciting opportunity to make the role your own.
